Evaluated Products List (EPL)
Wanted for Evaluation
The AISEP is calling for products in the following technologies to enter evaluation.
- IPv6 capable gateway devices (e.g. firewalls and CDS);
- Secure mobile devices;
- Virtualisation technologies;
- Secure USB flash media; and
- Portable encryption products.
Product developers please read the following information on how to enter your product: http://www.dsd.gov.au/infosec/evaluation_services/aisep_pages/aisep_certification.html.
The EPL includes products and systems that:
- [1] have successfully completed an AISEP evaluation;
- [2] have completed a CC, up to and including EAL4, or an ITSEC certification, through a recognised overseas scheme without cryptographic capability*;
- [3] are currently undergoing
CC evalaution with the AISEP or ITSEC evaluation with the AISEP;
- [4] have successfully completed a DSD High-Grade evaluation; or
- [5] have successfully completed a DSD approved evaluation.
Table 1 comprises products from [1], [4], [5] and [2] where DSD has performed some evaluation work. Products from [2] that DSD has not looked at are found on the Common Criteria Certified Product List.
*To be listed on the EPL, products with cryptographic capability may be sponsored by an Australian or New Zealand Government agency, for a DSD Cryptographic Evaluation (DCE). Once this review function has commenced it will be noted on Table 1. The various categories for a DCE are: progressing; on hold; completed; and not required.
Note: The AISEP regards products certified above EAL4 by a recognised overseas scheme to be at a maximum EAL4 assurance level.
