DSD provides the Australian Government with a unique signals intelligence and information security service of vital national importance. To deliver this service our staff work with leading edge communication and information technologies.
The work we perform makes a real difference to Australia’s security, and our staff are able to go home each day feeling a sense of accomplishment. Because of the classified nature of our business, staff cannot take their work home—so when they leave the office for the day they have no choice but to switch off!
