People Capability Framework
The DSD People Capability Framework establishes a shared understanding of the capabilities, skills and behaviours critical to the success of our organisation. It acknowledges that different capabilities are required at different levels within DSD and within the different work areas, or professional streams, defined in the framework. Importantly the framework also sets out core capabilities that all staff in the Directorate must have.
The framework is aligned to the Australian Public Service Commission’s Integrated Leadership System. This framework will be used in the selection process for all DSD positions.
